I bought an iTouch in New York and I'm hooked! I can listen to music, receive emails and go on the Internet (permitted there is wireless Internet), plan my life with its calendar, check the weather, write lists, store photos, and watch videos! Its great! Having wireless internet in our flat makes it even better, because I can be on the Internet while Matt is on the laptop :) Coolest invention ever. Or is it? What do you think the best invention ever made is?

I was always under the impression the best ever invention was sliced bread? but I would have to say the PC, cos I couldn't imagine life/work/blogging without it...
I reckon the iPhone would be one of the coolest lately, though not an entirely new concept. Hanging out for the 3G version coming soon...
I'm with you Toose. The 3G iphone will be awesome. I'll be due for a new contract when I get back to Aus, so maybe an iphone will be in order...
They had the iphone at the airport duty free, but it was still cheaper to get it in America full price - everything is cheap in America.
It has 8G of memory. You can also get a 16G and a 32G, but each step up is another $US100.
i feel old. all this talk of 3g gets me confused. do you mean three of me? im still using a slide rule abacus and judging the time by looking at the sun ...
