must see movies

Thea and I signed up to one of those online DVD rental places, kinda like bigpond movies. There are different subscription options, but we are on pay as you go, which costs £2 per movie (a bargain for London). You go online and add different movies to your list, then they send some out. When you are finished watching one, you post it back, and they will then send another one on your list.

What we found though was that it was a lot harder to compile the list than we had originally anticipated. So, we'd like your help. What are some of your favourite movies, the must see's, that we should definitely add to our list?

These are leaning towards girly, but Matt also enjoyed

Hairspray
Miss Potter
50 First Dates
The Black Balloon (probably won't get it in UK though)
The Lakehouse
Oceans 11, 12, 13 and Bourne Trilogy (though I'm sure you've already seen them).

Thanks anonymous. Any movie recommendations?

That's a good list Libby. Thea loves The Lake House. Yeah, we don't have Black balloon on the list. I love the oceans and Bourne movies too.

Is hairspray really that good?

Matt watched it for the first time the other day and enjoyed it - so that makes it pretty good!

Is there a list we can pick from?

Some good ones lately:
Lions for Lambs
No Country For Old Men
The Guardian
Death at a Funeral
The Kingdom

The list is basically any movie you can think of.

Thanks for all those guys. We should have enough now to last us a little while. I've seen some on your lists, but there are many I haven't. Well done :)
